Delete your Questr account

You can request permanent deletion of your Questr account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the Questr app

1. Open Questr and sign in.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Open account settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation instructions.

Request deletion without the app

You can also request deletion by emailing Questr Support. Please send the request from the email address connected to your Questr account.

If the button does not open your email app, send an email directly to support@joinquestr.com with the subject “Questr Account Deletion Request.”

Request deletion of specific data

You may request deletion of certain information associated with your Questr account without deleting the entire account.

Examples of data you may ask us to delete include:

• Uploaded profile or event images
• Games and notes saved in your personal game library
• House rules or other content you created
• Past events you created
• Saved event addresses or location information

Some information may be connected to shared events or other users. We will explain if deleting the requested information would also affect content visible to other Questr users.

Please send the request from the email address connected to your Questr account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the requested information. Do not send your password.

What happens after your request

Questr may ask you to verify that you own the account before deletion. Do not send your password.

Once verified, your Questr account and the data associated with it will be permanently deleted. This may include your profile, game library, events, friend connections, uploaded images, and saved location information.

Some information may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as explained in the Questr Privacy Policy.
